This volume contains a codex of texts primarily in Arabic, as well as some in Ottoman Turkish and Persian. Their contents are as follows :
(I) (ff 1r-40r) : Ṭabaqāt al-ᶜulamāʾ al-ḥanafiyah (طبقة العلماء الحنفية), the lives of the Hanafi jurists by Kemalpaşazade, copied by Abdullah in 1035 AH (1625-26 CE) ;
(II) (ff 41v-100r) : Maqālīd al-ᶜulūm (مقاليد العلوم), a work on technical terms of fiqh, poetry, grammar, and other topics. The work was copied by Abdullah (same as text 1) in 1035 AH (1625-26 CE) ;
(III) (ff 101r-110r) : Lavāʾiḥ dar bayān-i maᶜārif va maᶜānī (لوائح در بيان معارف و معانى), a Sufi work in Persian possibly compiled in 966 AH (1558-59 CE). The current copy is defective at the beginning and was produced by Mehmet İbn-i Ali el-Amasi in 1023 AH (1614-15 CE) ;
(IV) (ff 111v-129r) : A treatise on political finance by Dede İbn-i Bahşi İbrahim, dedicated to Süleyman I and Ali Paşa. It was copied in 1027 AH (1617-18 CE) by Mehmet İbn-i Ali el-Amasi, a müderris in İstanbul ;
(V) (ff 129v-132r) : A letter to one of the ulema copied in 1027 AH (1617-18 CE) by the same copyist as texts 3 and 4 ;
(VI) (ff 132v-147v) : The Vakıaname of Veysi in Ottoman Turkish, copied by Haccı Ali İbnü'l-Hacc Mehmet el-Amasi in 1066 AH (1655-56 CE) ;
(VII) (ff 148v-184r) : ᶜuddat al-mustaᶜiddīn (عدة المستعدين), a treatise on Arabic grammar by ᶜAbd al-Majid bin Abī Layth al-Zīlī, written in 993 AH (1585 CE). This text was copied by the same copyist as the previous four items in 1024 AH (1615-16 CE) ;
(VIII) (ff 184v-194v) : An anonymous work on legal problems, by the same copyist as above, dated 1024 AH (1615-16 CE), which is followed by a list of historical events and the dates at which they occured.
