This volume contains a literary account of the author's journey to Mekke and Medine in the year 1089 AH (1678 CE), composed four years later in mixed prose and verse. The author of the original work is Yusuf Nabi (died 1124 AH/1712-13 CE).
In addition to the main text, the work also contains a colophon on f 70v, and valedictory verses in Ottoman Turkish (f 71v). This is followed by four lines of Arabic-language moral advice attributed to Celaleddin (Rumi?) in the same hand as the main text.
The manuscript was copied in 1167 AH (1753 CE) by Hafız Ömer İbnü'l-Hacc İbrahim el Cevrimi, el-Kadı bi ekradlık sabiken el-Meşhur bi Sinekçizade, in the town of Cevrim, mahalle of İsa Halife.
