This volume contains a treatise on tecvit (the correct recitation of the Qur'an with the pronunciation of the various letters) in 29 ebvab, compiled from various works by Mahmud İbnü'l-Seyit Mehmet el-Nakşibendi el-Urmavi.
In the British Museum Acquisition registers, the title of the work appears as 'Al-Guzīdah fī ᶜilm il-tajvīd'.
The writing on the first three folios has been smudged and parts of the text are not legible.
This manuscript was copied in 1147 AH (1734-35 CE) by Abdulmutı Altı Parmak el-Biri.
