This volume contains humorous and satirical poems by Seyit Osman Süruri, also known as Süruri-i Müerrih or Süruri-i Hezzal. When writing in a humorous or satirical vein, Süruri would take the mahlas Havai. His death took place in 1229 AH (1813-14 CE).
The poems (entitled muzhikat in other copies) consist of a tahmis (ff 2r-v), gazeller (ff 3r-15v), hicviyat (ff 15v-17v), chronograms (here called tarih mukattaat) (ff 18r-27r), mukattaat (ff 27r-43v), and, lastly, müfredat (ff 44r-46r).
The text contains a single unvan.
This manuscript was copied in 1267 AH (1850-51 CE) by Fikri.
