This volume contains a collection of fetava by Ali el-Akkermani (died 1028 AH/1618-19 CE), edited by the Kadı Derviş Mehmet İbn-i Hasan el-İstanbuli who came upon them during a visit to Akkerman in 1040 AH (1630-31 CE).
The text is provided with a table of contents (ff 3v-4r).
