Description: 2 kan, 2 satsu, in a box. (Maki 上) ff. [1] , 1-2, 4-17, 19-23; (maki 下) ff, [1] , 30. 26.9 x 17.9 cm. Fukurotoji.
Blockprint. Printing frame 21 x 16.4 cm. (average). Single-line borders. No fishtail design on hanshin.
Hiragana-majiri text, with printed dakuten and kutōten. 12 lines to page, 25-27 characters to line. Original mid-blue covers, with original printed title slips, centrally placed. Gedai: Yomikuse keizu (tsunogaki in a circle) Ise monogatari 讀僻系圖 (角書) 伊勢物語. Sub-title following naidai: Keizu narabini yomikuse-iri 系圖並讀僻入. Hashiragaki: Ise jō (ge) いせ上 (下) + folio no.
Edition: Later reprint, by a different publisher, of the Nakagawa 中川彦三郎 edition of Genroku 5 (1692).
Contents: Punctuated text of Ise monogatari 伊勢物語, with brief genealogical tables at head of each maki.
