This volume contains an incomplete commentary on the well-known Persian history Tajziyat al-amṣar va tazjiyat al-aᶜṣār (تجزية الامصار و تجزية الاعصار) by Vaṣṣāf without a title or the author's name. This is apparently the author's own rough draft and begins immediately with the commentary, without any preface.
This manuscript was likely copied in the 18th or 19th centuries CE.

Copies of a commentary of the Vaṣṣāf by Nazmizade Hüseyin Murtea are mentioned by Karatay (I, p. 198) and Flügel (II, pp. 195-98). The current volume differs from these in the first lines. There is also a translation of the entire work by Nazmizade (Karatay I, p. 199).
