This volume contains an Ottoman Turkish translation, by a translator whose name is not listed, of a collection of anecdotes of holy personages in 20 ebvap, made from a Persian work. Judging from the title, this work is probably a Persian version of the Tanbīh al-ghāfilīn(تنبيه الغافلين), a treastise on religious obligations written in Arabic by Abu’l-Layth Naṣr bin Muḥammad al-Samarqandī.
The translation was likely made in the 15th or 16th century CE.
This manuscript was copied by Abbas İbn-i Mustafa İbn-i Osman İbn-i Hamza el-Katip in 1055 AH (1645-46 CE).
