Author/compiler: Unknown.
Imprint: Kyōto, Izumoji Izuminojō, Genroku 5, 1692. Kanki on fol. 30b reads: 元禄五壬申十月日 ／ 京都 出雲寺和泉掾. This is followed by an added folio with undated okuzuke by the same publisher, implying a later reprint.
Description: 1 kan (of 2), 1 satsu, rebound in 1 vol. western style. Incomplete: maki 下 only. ff. 1, 30. 21.9 x 15 cm. Fukurotoji.
Blockprint. Printing frame 19.2 x 13.7 cm. Single-line borders, with fishtail design on hanshin.
Katakana-majiri text, with some printed furigana and okurigana. 11 lines to page, c. 20 characters to line.
Original dark blue front cover, with repeat chrysanthemum design. Printed title slip (contemporary with this late impression) with gedai: 裝束圖式下. Title from naidai and gedai. Hashiragaki: same as gedai + folio no. In a modern western style cloth binding.
Edition: The only recorded Edo-period edition. Batsu preceding kanki on fol. 30b is dated Genki 2 元亀二年 (1571) and signed Ryūsaku 龍作.
