This volume contains a treatise on the essentials of Islamic doctrine and law (ilm-i hal) by Kutbüddin İbn-i Mehmet İzniki (died 821 AH/1418-19 CE).
The present manuscript lacks the final folio and its text differs somewhat from that of Or 11993, which appears to be superior.
The work suffers from some damp damage, and ff 1-10 appear to have been damaged and repaired without any text lost.
This manuscript was likely copied in the 16th century CE.
