A handbook of material medica in Maghribī script, containing many entries (فوائد) detailing useful preparations for the treatment of common afflictions. The text is copied without author or date, although the end of a citation from Jalāl al-Dīn al-Suyūṭī (جلال الدين السيوطي, d. 1505) is marked with the year 1247/1831-32 (f. 32v, line 8).

- Supplement on the names of some remedies (فائدة في أسامي العقاقير, ff. 45r-50v).
