This volume contains a short treatise on religious precepts compiled in 804 AH (1401-02 CE) by Abdurrahman İbn-i Mehmet el-Aydini el-Basrevi for İsa Bey İbn-i İshak Bey, probably one of the Aydınoğlu Dynasty. It was copied by Mehmet İbn-i Musa in 1100 AH (1688-89 CE).
This is followed (ff 52v-65r) by an Ottoman Turkish verse translation, without the name of the translator provided, of the Qaṣīdat al-burdah (قصيدة البردة) of Muḥammad ibn Saᶜīd al-Būsīrī, copied at approximately the same time as the first text. The Arabic original of the Qaṣīdat is included in red.
