This manuscript contains an Ottoman Turkish translation in 10 ebvap, of Sayyid ᶜalī ibn Shihāb al-Dīn al-Ḥamadānī’s treatise on ethics and politics made by Mustafa İbn-i Şaban Süruri Efendi (died 969 AH/1561-62 CE) for Prince Mustafa, the son of Süleyman I.
This manuscript was copied in 1068 AH (1657-58 CE).
