This volume contains a register of the ulema holding various official appointments in the Ottoman Empire from Şeyh-ül-İslam down to medrese professor. This is perhaps the reference copy of some private individual or institution.
In the first section of the work, some names have been embellished with powdered gold or silver, and the text contains some marginal annotations.
This manuscript was likely copied in the late 19th century.
