This volume contains the Divan of the Sufi poet and scholar Şeyh İbrahim Hakkı of Erzurum. The text is also known as the İlahiname.
The current work contains selected rather than collected poems, and includes some by Fakiri, this being the mahlas of İbrahim Hakkı's mürşid, Fakirullah İsmail Efendi.
The contents of the work are: Vird of İbrahim Hakkı, two münacat and other verses in Arabic (f 2r); müstezad (f 2v); kasideler (ff 4r-12r); Aşkname (mesnevi) (f 12r); na't (f 14r); gazel (f 14v); Neyirü's-süluk, in Arabic (f 15r); Teferrücname (f 15v); two brief prose homilies, apparently entitled Birr tariki (f 17r); gazeller (f 17v); müseddes (f 18r); muhammesat (f 18v); gazel (f 22v); maniyat (f 22v); kıt'alar (f 23v); müfredat (f 23v); rubaiyat in six sections: Saadetname (f 24v), Fi marifetü'l-ulum (f 25r), Fi marifetü'l-nefis (f 26r), Fi killetü'l-ekil ve'n-nevim (f 28r), Fi's-samt (f 29r), Fi'l-üzlet 'an ün-nas (f 29r).
The first colophon is found at f 30v, followed by the Vusletname (mesnevi) (f 30v); beyit (f 33v); münacat (f 33v); Pendname (mürebba) of Fakiri (f 34r); muhammes (f 35r); Şükürname (mürebba) (f 36v); mesneviyat: Nuş-i can (f 38r), Rızaname (f 39v), Mahremü'l-esrar (f 40r), Hayretname (f 40v), Lubbü'l-ulum (f 41r); 2 münacat (f 41r); Vaḥdatnāmah (وحدتنامه), a gazel in Persian (f 41v); müseddes in Arabic (f 42r); münacat muhammes by Fakiri, in Arabic (f 43r); murabbaᶜ of Fakiri in Arabic (f 46r); Waṣiyah of Fakiri, including Arabic verses (f 43r); Shifā’ al-ṣudūr (شفاء الصدور), Arabic muhammes by Fakiri (f 44v); qaṣīdah of Fakiri in Arabic (f 45v); murabbaᶜ of Fakiri in Arabic (f 46r); Waṣiyah of Fakiri in Arabic (f 46v); 3 Arabic ghazāliyat by Fakiri (f 46v); an Ottoman Turkish gazel by Fakiri (f 47r); and an Ottoman Turkish muhammes by Hakkı (f 48r).
The second colophon is found at f 48v, and is followed by Bad' al-amālī fī tawḥīd al-Bāriᶜ (بدأ الامالي في توحيد البارع), an Arabic prose work on Islamic doctrine, without the name of the author provided; and then Arabic and Ottoman Turkish verses (ff 51v-53v).
The work contains an unvan in ink and yellow on f 2v. There is also waterstaining throughout the text.
On f 49r is a colophon giving the copyist's name as Hüseyni and the date as 1161 AH (1748 CE). This clearly refers to the following Arabic work, however, which is similarly dated at the end (ff 49v-51r).
The first colophon (f 30v) gives the date as Zulkade 1186 (January-February 1773 CE) and the copyist as Hasan el-Hasani, the great-grandson of İbrahim Hakkı. The distance of generations, and the use of the phrase Rehimehüllah after the poet's name in headings throughout the manuscript, shows that the actual date of the manuscript must be later, perhaps 1800-1820 CE.
The second colophon (f 48v) gives the copyist as Hasan el-Sait.
