Description: 6 kan, formerly in 6 satsu, rebound in 1 vol. western style. (Maki 1) ff. 1 (序), 1 (目録), 22; (2) ff. 1, 19; (3) ff. 1, 20; (4) ff. 1, 23; (5) ff. 1, 25; (6) ff. 1, 18. 26 x 18.5 cm. Fukurotoji.
Blockprint. Printing frame 21.5 x 16.7 cm. (average). Single-line borders. Fishtail design on hanshin.
Katakana-majiri text with printed furigana. 11 lines to page, 24 characters to line.
Renewed mid-blue front cover, with manuscript title slip bearing gedai: 蒲生軍記 全. Title from naidai at head of each maki. Hashiragaki: 蒲生軍記 + maki no. + folio no. In a western style half-leather binding.
Edition: The first pre-modern edition, followed by another blockprint in Hōreki 4 (1754). Preface and kanki are both dated Genroku 8 (1695).
Contents: Historical work (senki monogatari 戦記物語) chronicling the lives and deeds of renowned warriors of the Gamō family: Gamō Ujisato 蒲生氏鄕 (1556-95), Hideyuki 秀行 (1583-1612) and Hidesato 秀鄕 (fl. early 17th century).
