Album bound in red leather and labelled "Autographs" containing good wishes, cartoons and drawings from friends and colleagues of a nurse serving during the First World War. The volume was dedicated to Marjory from Phyllis in 1911 and some contributions make reference to Bristol General Hospital where she may have worked.
The volume includes a number of signatures from patients which were injured soldiers and many include details of when and where they were injured as well as their regiments.
Also inserted into the volume was a certificate granting freedom of the seas around Ramsgate.
