1 copy of An incomplete commentary on the Qurʼān
Author: AnonymousTitle: An incomplete commentary on the QurʼānSūrah 12:1-102
The commentary consists largely of legendary amplifications of the story of Joseph, Wahb ibn Munabbih being the authority most frequently quoted
al-Kalbī is quoted at least once (f 107r), but no late authorities seem to be mentioned by name
The Qurʼānic text is not given in its entirety, nor are all the verses discussed in exactly the same order as that in which they occur in the Qurʼān . Persian and Arabic verses are cited, but always apparently anonymously.
