Collection of two unrelated prose works: 1) a notice on Surat; 2) an autobiography of a Balochi leader
1. ff. 1v-23rUntitled concise account on the political and military history of the port city of Surat, based on historical sources (for example, the Ṭabaqāt-i Akbarī and the Tārīkh-i Firishtah)
The account extends from the period before the Islamic kingdoms to the port's take over by the British East India Company, on 30 Rajab 1174/7 March 1761
