Large letter or manshūr with the seal of Fatḥ ʿAlī Shāh (dated 1217/1802) and invocation, describes in detail arrangements for the accommodation of Gore Ouseley, the English ambassador, and his entourage within a suburb of Tehran, Muḥallah Bāzār
