Large letter or manshūr with the seal of Fatḥ ʿAlī Shāh (dated 1217/1802) and invocation, addressesed to Gore Ouseley, the English ambassador, mentioning the unexpected plans for the forward movement of his true son (a guest with the Nāʾib al-Salṭanah), Shaykh ʿAlī Khān and their party from Dāghistān
