1 copy of a work by Mawlavī ʿAbd al-Ḥaqq
A treatise on signs and events of the Last Day according to Islamic eschatology, entitled Tarjumah-'i ishāʿah-'i ʿalāmat al-sāʿah. Another autograph manuscript of the Afghan scholar Mawlavī ‘Abd al-Ḥaqq. This text too appears never to have been published.
The main text is preceded on 1v-4v by a text commenting on Qur’ānic verses concerning the creation of the heavens and earth, and followed on 70r-v by a table of contents.
Autograph. Colophon on f. 69v. Completed on 8 Shavvāl/23 Jady 1313/12 January 1934.
Cursive quasi-naskhī. 23-33 lines. Paginated: 136, [2] p. 70 folios. 20 x 16 cm. Boards faced with paper having a green pattern on white background; red leather spine and corners.
