Annotated in pencil on front flyleaf: 'Novello & Co, Wardour St, Soho, W1'. On the verso of the flyleaf, the orchestration is listed in blue ink. The title-page is followed by 65 pages of full score, as originally numbered, in black ink with conductor markings in pencil, blue pencil and red ink. The score is signed at the head of the first page.
