Official regnal chronicle written in refine prose and poetry covering the reign of the Safavid ruler, Shāh ʿAbbās I (d. 1038/1629), by his chief secretary, Iskandar Bayg the munshīʾ, completed in 1038/1628-9.

This copy comprises only the muqaddimah and first ṣaḥīfah (comprising twelve maqālah), making up the chronicle’s first volume.

Not dated at end; datable to the seventeenth century.
