Kharīd'nāmah or deed of purchase in the form of an iqrār'nāmah-'i sharʿī or agreement under Islamic law, confirming that Rāmdayāl ibn Sadānand ibn Santūkh (Santokh) Rāy Khatrī purchased in its entirety the maqarr or residence (description), located within the ḥiṣār or fort of dār al-salṭanah Lāhawr (details), through Dattāmal ibn Sūhan (Sohan) Laʿl ibn Rājā Rām Khatrī Mihrūtrah (Mehrotra), for the sum of two hundred and thirteen rūpyah and twelve ānah. Custody was taken from ʿAbd al-Salīm Mistrī, with not a dām or darb left outstanding.

Dated 16 Sāvan 1901, equating to 11 Rajab 1260/27 July 1844.
