- Prayer against the evil eye in Avestan script (f. 64)
Colophon (f. 65r): copied by Kayqubād son of the late Rustam Bahrām Suhrāb on Fravardin (19th day) of Bahman month of the old era (qadim) of Yazdagird 1223 (May 1855)

Ink: black; headings and markings in red; catchwords.
Condition: good.
Binding: brown leather Indian? binding with central medallion and two pendants.
