In the colophon, which is found on fol. 175r, we read that the codex was requested (المهتم) by a deacon Peter, head of the monastery St Georgios/al-Ḥamīra (مار جاورجيوس مسما دير الحميره). The date provided is 1 day of 2 Kanūn 7314 in the year of Adam (1806 CE).
