- This volume contains an account of the inscriptions of the monuments of Delhi including illustrations and diagrams. It was originally compiled by Ḥāfiẓ al-Dīn Aḥmad. This manuscript was copied by Aṣghār ˁalī Beg, known as Sangīn Beg, the author of Sayyir al-manāzil (Add MS 24053).
Some text copied from the monuments are in Devanagari and Brahmi scripts.
The text is dated 7 Dhū al-Qaˁdah 1232 AH, according to the date Saturday 10 September 1817 CE.
