A fragment of an Ottoman administrative document recorded in a hand similar to those of the other documents in this collection. The document requests a decision to reverse (?) a decision made by a Seyyit Şaker Efendi, taken on date of Seyit Abdülvehhab of the Grand Mosque's passing, in favour of Cedit Hasan Paşa.
The document is not dated. Nonetheless, it has three stamps - one 1 Piastre (purple) and two 20 Kuruş (brown) - of the same style as on documents from 1900 on its recto, as well as three stamps, all bearing the stamp of Hasan Paşa, Cedid Mahallesi, el-Seyyit Süleyman bin-i el-Seyyit Mehmet Sait, dated 1306 AH (1888-89 CE).
