A petition requesting the cancelation of fees (?), with a response from the Mühasebe of the Vilayet of Baghdad on f. 1v. The letter is dated 22 Temmuz 1307 (22 July 1890) and contains the seal of Abdurrezzak (1084 AH) alongside a 1 Kuruş stamp (brown).
The verso contains a decision from the Evrak Müdiri dated 29 Temmuz 1307, as well as annotations of receipt in both Divani and Siyaqat script.
