An undated petition signed by 32 individuals, 31 of whom have sealed it, to the Vilayetpenahi of an unspecified kaza. The seals, paper and handwriting are similar to other petitions from this collection.
Undated inscriptions of receipt (?) are found at the top left corner of f. 1r and top right corner of f. 1v. Folio 1v is also dry sealed at the top right corner with the words Fenn-i cedid aht-i kayun (?).
There is a 1 Piastre stamp at the top-right corner of 1r.
