A petition, dated 11 Haziran 1307 / 17 Ziulkaade 1306 AH(15 July 1889), request redress for the failure to repay a debt (?) during the period of 16 Tişrin-i Sani 1306 (16 November 1888) to 11 Haziran 1307 (11 June 1891). The petition, located on f. 2r, includes eight parties, six of whom have provided their seals, as well as four 3 Piastre stamps (orange).
The seals are for the following individuals:

As well as the seal of the Meclis-i İdare-yi Kaza-yi Cezire in the top-right corner.
Folio 1r is an acknowledgement of receipt dated 15 Temmuz 1307, as well as short note on the report made concerning matter. A 1 Kuruş stamp (brown) is located under the note, as well as the seal of Mehmet Mili (?).
