Description: 1 kan, 1 satsu. Folios unnumbered. 22.7 × 16.5 cm. Fukurotoji. Blockprint. No borders or printed hanshin. Hiragana-majiri text, with printed dakuten and chanter's fushi. 8 lines to page, variable no. of characters to line.
Blue covers with embossed design. Original printed title slip on front cover. Title from naidai at head of text.
