This section includes letters to Lee (with a few copies of letters from Lee) from publishers, broadcasting companies, literary agents and individuals relating to the publication process of his works, permissions given and sought for reprinting, publishing extracts or filming his books, requests for him to write books and articles, give interviews and readings, broadcast, make films, and appear at various publishing functions. Correspondence relating to the text, illustrations, blurbs and jackets of books and articles are placed with the texts of the works. All correspondence with or addressed to Lee through his major publishers and agents is placed with correspondence from those publishers and agents. Other correspondence is grouped by the type of requests being made to Lee.
