Some of the material has plate numbers of the publisher Ricordi from the sequence 15101-15300: according to the Ricordi catalogue, these works are not publications as such, but were printed and supplied for use solely in theatrical performances. Role names mentioned: Iago, Ernani, Silva, Elvira, Giovanna, Riccardo, Carlo. First performed at Teatro La Fenice, Venice, on 9 March 1844. First performed in London at Her Majesty's Theatre on 8 March 1845.
