The series includes some petitions and a few miscellaneous diplomatic despatches and copies and drafts of despatches omitted from the series above, including some from Newcastle, possibly because Coxe considered them unimportant, or because he was obliged to leave his arrangement unfinished. There are also a few letters from diplomats dating from when Walpole had left office. A number of the letters in the first volume are addressed to Henry Boyle, Secretary of State, for whom see also above; one or two other letters in the same volume are addressed to Sir Robert; also included at the end of the series are some private and estate papers of Walpole and others, some dating from after Walpole's death; for more letters rel. to Norfolk and Norwich affairs, see economic papers below; partly copies; seven vols.; 1707 - 1778, n.d.
