Title:

Register of the proceedings of the Supreme Council of India at Fort William from the arrival in 1798 of Richard, Earl of Mornington (created Marquess Wellesley, December 1799) as Governor General until his resignation in 1805; 1798-1805. Divided into the Departments of Secret, Public, Separate, Foreign, Military, Judicial, Law, Revenue, Commercial (after 1803), and the Ceded Provinces (i.e., those acquired from the Nabob of Oude), subdivided by Public, Judicial and Revenue. Each department is arranged chronologically, and the series is mostly complete.
