WINDHAM PAPERS. Vols. LXXXVI.-XC. Drafts of speeches by W. Windham, delivered, or intended for delivery, in Parliament. A few speeches are comparatively complete, but the majority are represented by fragmentary passages, notes of topics and quotations, etc. A few proof sheets of reports of speeches also occur. A selection of Windham's speeches was published in 1812, with an account of his life by Thomas Amyot, his secretary; these were taken partly from speeches published in pamphlet form, partly from reports in Cobbett's Parliamentary Debates and elsewhere. Five volumes.
