POCOCKE COLLECTION. Vols. I, II (ff. 186; i+42). Records of the Philosophical Society of Dublin; 1684-1708. The Society was founded in January, 1684, and meetings were held until April, 1687. In April, 1693, the meetings were revived but ceased again about the middle of 1697. In 1707 the Society was refounded but ceased to exist in the following year.
