- Description: In the collection of this family, most of the manuscripts deal with islamic subjects viz: Jurisprudence, the Qur'an, Exegesis of the Qur'an, Soufism Invocation, Theology, Preaching and sermons, life of the Prophet, Praise, Prayer on the Prophet but some are on Esoterics, Philology (Grammar) and History. The language of these manuscripts in Arabic though some are in local languages with Arabic scripts. Extent and format of original material: 35 paper manuscripts. Physical Characteristics: Paper manuscripts, often with leather cover and illuminations, often with some water and termite damages and often with some pages missing.
