The series includes holds mansucript volumes containing the subscriptions of delegates present at the conventions of the Partido Republicano Conservador of the state of Paraíba held in 1911 and 1913; minutes of the conventions of the Partido Republicano Conservador of the state of Paraíba, from 1911 and 1913; and minutes of the meetings of the Partido Republicano da Paraíba dating from 1916 to 1920.
One book has original hardcover and is in a good state of conservation; the other book presents damage to its spine,; and a third book has hardcvoer damaged by insects, and loose folios.
