This series includes land titles as mandated by an 1850 legislation law (Lei de Terras). Included in this series are land and/or house titles from the parishes of: Nossa Senhora da Guia da Vila de Patos from 1855-1856; Nossa Senhora das Neves (modernday João Pessoa) from 1854-1861; Nossa Senhora dos Remédios da Vila de Souza from 1854-1856; Nossa Senhora dos Remédios, in the city of Souza, 1859; Nossa Senhora dos Remédios da Vila de Souza, 1856; Cabaceiras from1855-1862; Nossa Senhora da Luz de Guarabira, Vila da Independência, from 1856-1865; Nossa Senhora das Mercês, of Vila de Cuité, from 1855-1856; Cabaceiras, from 1856. The plots of land belonged to Francisco Pereira da Silva, Francisco da Conceição and other owners. Lands were acquired through inheritance, purchase, and donation.

Manuscript book, with non-original hardcover. Damaged by insects, acidity of the paper and iron gall ink. Some folios are torn.
