Editor and proprietor up to then was Isaac Orderson. The date coincides possibly with the time that Isaac’s first wife got sick and they travelled to England. Bound in a volume with 1809.101 issues. Missing: 25 August; 11 Dec. Issues measure 17’ 1/4 x 10’.
