Continuation from the previous volume - 268. Social songs, war songs, love songs, folklorized romances, sorrow songs, longing songs, joke songs, lyric memories, rhythmic shouts, ballads, wedding orations, drinking songs, rhythmic shouts, carols, legends, tales, disenchantments, proverbs, magical incantations, lyric letters, riddles. Gathered in Leova district. The creations are recorded from informants not in the original context of performance. At the end of the last notebook of this volume are appended the following lists for volumes 278 and 279: list of investigated settlements - f. 131; list of informants - ff. 132-134; list and index of folkloric species - ff. 135-138.
Custodial history: The archival material was gathered in 1974 by Moraru S., Mihalache L., Lungu M. It was taken into custody by the Institute of Language and Literature of the Moldovan Branch of the USSR Academy of Sciences / MSSR Academy of Sciences and had the same custodial history as the entire collection.
