Legends, humorous songs, joke songs, sorrow songs, historical stories, New Year wishes, customs, fantastic tales, heroic epic songs, proverbs, wedding orations/farewells, rhythmic shouts, disenchantments, dirges, legends, folk theatre, short stories, carols, children's folklore, riddles. Gathered in Ungheni district. The comprehensive list and index of the folkloric species is enclosed at the end of the last notebook of the volume, ff. 218-224. The creations are recorded from informants not in the original context of performance. The context of performance is stated by the informants for some of the folkloric creations.
Custodial history: The archival material was gathered in 1975 by Băieşu N., Tacu I., Leporda Z. It was taken into custody by the Institute of Language and Literature of the Moldovan Branch of the USSR Academy of Sciences / MSSR Academy of Sciences and had the same custodial history as the entire collection.
