Customs, sayings, proverbs, anecdotes, disenchantements, longing songs, love songs, carols, sorrow songs, beliefs, spells, tales, supersititions, New Year wishes, Chiraleisa (liturgical formula), dirges, legends, parables, rhythmic shouts, party songs, drinking songs. Gathered in Caragaş village, Slobozia district, Hreaţca, Văleni villages, Bănceni, Hliboca district, Cernăuţi region and Arioneşti, Visoca, Donduşeni district.
Custodial history: The archival material was gathered in 1987 and 1990 by Junghietu E. It was taken into custody by the Institute of Language and Literature of the Moldovan Branch of the USSR Academy of Sciences / MSSR Academy of Sciences and had the same custodial history as the entire collection.
Extent and format of original material: 1 volume of 2 notebooks.
Owner(s) of original material: Institute of Ethnography and Folklore, nowadays Institute of Romanian Philology "Bogdan Petriceicu Hasdeu".
