- Number no longer in use, see L/AG/9/4/2. In addition to their basic salary and pension members of the home staff and their widows and children frequently received additional endorsements from funds derived from fees levied by the East India Company in connection with their commercial activities. Three categories of pensions, the General Fee Fund, the Warehouse Contingent Fund and the Shipping Fee Fund were paid from such fees. The General Fee Fund commenced in 1815, and the other two were probably then closed. Similar payments to serving officers were made on their salary accounts.
