- In 1911 the separate series of Letters from India etc (IOR/L/PS/7), Home Correspondence (IOR/L/PS/3) and Letters from Aden (IOR/L/PS/9) came to an end and were replaced in 1912 by a series of Annual Files (IOR/L/PS/11) embracing all types of Political and Secret correspondence. At the same time a new series of annual registers and indexes, IOR/Z/L/PS/11/1-33, was started. It should be noted that these new registers not only cover the material in the IOR/L/PS/11 Annual Files but also the documents in the IOR/L/PS/10 Subject Files.
