- Two editions of one map from a series, copied on a reduced scale from GSGS 4011 (Medina-Mecca). Show topographical features, wells, springs and the presence or absence of water, vegetation, railways, routes, telegraph lines, and settlements. The coastline shows soundings. Index to adjoining sheets at lower right. Each is described as 'a collection of sketches by Egyptian pilgrimage officers, and members of Sherif's forces. An attempt has been made to control it by native information, but without success. Coastline from Admiralty Chart. Jidda-Taif area from GSGS.' Produced by Ordnance Survey.
