- Survey of India Triangulation in India and Adjacent Countries (IAC) pamphlets. Coverage extends between the Middle East and South East Asia. Each pamphlet contains a list of triangulation points with descriptions of their form and location, and includes at least one map: 'Chart of Triangulation' at a scale of 1" to 4 miles, or 1:253,440. Most cover triangulation points on a single IAC Series 1/4" sheet, identified in the catalogue reference; e.g. IOR/X/12156/32.D covers points on IAC sheet 32D. Includes one correction sheet for a pamphlet that is not held. Duplicates are held of some items. All pamphlets published by order of the Surveyor General of India and printed at the Office of the Geodetic Branch, Survey of India, Dehra Dūn.
